Within the realization of the program of bilateral scientific cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Germany, the Institute was visited by the head of the German project team, Dr. Danijel Kežić, who also gave a lecture.
September 2, 2021: Promotion of the book “Stara Raška under Italian occupation 1941‒1943” at the National Library in Kraljevo
The two-volume monograph “Stara Raška under Italian occupation 1941-1943” by Dr. Milutin Živković, a research associate at the Institute, was presented in the library in Kraljevo. In addition to the author, reviewers Dr. Kosta Nikolić and Dr. Bojan Dimitrijević also spoke about the book.

August 30, 2021: Associate of the Institute Ljubinka Škodrić participated in the organization of an exhibition at the University of Vienna
Dr. Ljubinka Škodrić, senior research associate at the Institute of Contemporary History, together with Dr. Natasa Milićević, research associate at the Institute of Recent History of Serbia, participated, as part of the author team, in the preparation of the exhibition “Stories of Work and Coercion: Scientific Contributions Depicted in Illustrations”.
August 25, 2021: Agreement signed with the Republic Center for War Research in Banja Luka
An agreement on cooperation between the Institute of Contemporary History and the Republic Center for Research of War, War Crimes and Search for Missing Persons from Banja Luka was signed in Belgrade on August 25. The agreement was signed by the director of the Center, Milorad Kojić, and the deputy director of the Institute, Bojan Dimitrijević.
July 29, 2021: Agreement signed with the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights
Director of the Institute prof. Dr. Predrag Marković and the Minister of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue Gordana Čomić, signed on July 29 the Agreement on Cooperation between the Institute and the said Ministry.

July 7, 2021: Promotion of the book “Bosnian Golgotha” in Gacko
Representatives of the Institute of Contemporary History, Principal Research Fellow Dr. Bojan Dimitrijevic and Research Associate Dr. Nemanja Devic, visited Herzegovina. As part of the event “Cultural and Sports Summer in Gacko 2021”, a book by two authors “Bosnian Golgotha, the collapse of the JVuO in Bosnia 1945” was presented.
