Principal research fellow of the Institute of Contemporary History Dr. Dragomir Bondzic, at the invitation of the Center for Education and Development of Youth of Belgrade and the Association of Student Dormitory Students, participated in the Congress of Student Dormitory Students – CONSTUD 22 held from 19 to 22 May on Zlatibor. Dr. Bondžić gave a lecture entitled “History of the development of student standards in the Republic of Serbia” and participated in the panel “Life in the dormitory – advantages, disadvantages and the path to success.” In addition to touring the history of the development of the University and student dormitories in Belgrade, the scientific advisor of the Institute recalled his life in Belgrade dormitories in the 1990s and shared anecdotes from his student days. The student congress was an opportunity to discuss the possibilities for further cooperation with the organizers and representatives of the Student Center Institution.
