April 16, 2019: ICH Fellows Visit Zagreb
Group of researchers from the Institute (dr Kosta Nikolić, dr Vladimir Petrović, dr Ivana Pantelić) have visited Zagreb at the invitation of journal ”Tragovi” and Archive of the Serbs in Croatia, which are part of Serbian National Council.

April 11, 2019: Predrag J. Marković Named Director of Institute of Contemporary History
The ICH Management Board has appointed Professor Predrag J. Marković as director of the Institute of Contemporary History for a period of four years, in accordance with the standards and criteria of the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

In a lecture series “Yugoslavia and the Cominform 1948-1956” organized by the Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences (SANU) our senior researcher Dr. Dragomir Bondžić held a public lecture entitled: “The University of Belgrade and the Cominform Conflict”.

Conference was organized by the National Museum of Leskovac, together with the Institute for Contemporary History, in order to reexamine the cultural and historical heritage of Serbia’s South.
