On 2 April 2026, the Institute for Contemporary History was visited by colleagues from the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw: Prof. Dr Helena Krasowska, Prof. Dr David Kolbaia, and Diana Brutyian; from the Institute for Historical Studies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Prof. Dr Aleksandar Zlatanov; from Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Prof. Dr Rustis Kamuntavicius; as well as representatives of the Polish Institute in Belgrade, Mila Gavrilović and Director Lech Kończak. At the meeting, further co-operation between the institutions was agreed and future joint projects were defined.
