The Institute of Contemporary History (ISI) is a scientific research organization.

Since its foundation, ISI has been dedicated to scientific knowledge and improving the understanding of the recent past through scientific research into the political, social, economic and cultural history of Serbian and Yugoslav society in the Yugoslav, Balkan, European and world context.
