On Thursday, June 1, in the ceremonial hall of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, the scholarship recipients of the Institute, Nemanja Mitrović and Ilija Kukobat, defended their doctorates. First, from 10 o’clock, the defense of Nemanja Mitrović began. He very successfully defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “Yugoslav-Romanian relations (1954-1968)” before a commission consisting of Dr. Mira Radojević, Dr. Aleksandar Životić and Dr. Vladimir Cvetković. Academician Ljubodrag Dimić was the mentor during the preparation. Then, from 13:00, the defense of Ilija Kukobat began. He also very successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Air traffic in Yugoslavia (1945-1992)” before a commission composed of academician Ljubodrag Dimić, Dr. Mira Radojević and Dr. Bojan Dimitrijević. Dr. Aleksandar Životić was the mentor during the preparation.
