Tokom prve tri godine posle Drugog svetskog rata Jugoslavija i Poljska su pripadale istom ideološkom i političkom bloku pod pokroviteljstvom SSSR-a.

Aleksandar V. Miletić, FROM STRASBOURG TO SZKLARSKA PORĘBA. MILOVAN DJILAS AT THE FOUNDING MEETING OF THE COMINFORM

During the first three years after World War II, Yugoslavia and Poland belonged to the same ideological and political bloc under the auspices of the USSR. At that time, Yugoslavia was even ahead of its Polish “comrades” in terms of ideological and political loyalty to Moscow, which Yugoslav officials often consistently and publicly proved in practice. One such example was the founding meeting of the Cominform in Poland (Szklarska Poręba) in 1947. At this meeting, Yugoslav party delegates demonstrated ideological rigidity and disciplined political obedience. The topic of this analysis is the speech of the Yugoslav delegate Milovan Djilas, one of the most influential figures of the then Yugoslav leadership, with a review of the work and attitude of the Polish delegation at the founding of the Cominform.
